We offer a full, no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of your purchase if you are not satisfied with ShoXTools Pro for any reason. Simply contact us and we will process your refund promptly — no conditions, no fine print.
1 Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if your request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. This applies to all ShoXTools Pro plan purchases (monthly or yearly). No reason is required — if you are not satisfied, we will refund you.
Refund requests submitted after 14 days from the purchase date will not be accepted. After the 14-day window, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals, but no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
Yearly subscriptions: Refund requests for yearly plans are accepted within 14 days of the initial purchase date. After 14 days, we do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining subscription period, but you may cancel to prevent future renewals. See our Terms of Service for full subscription terms.
2 How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple. Follow the steps below and we will handle everything for you:
Contact us via email
Send an email to support@shoxtools.top with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include your name, the email address used for purchase, and your Paddle order ID (found in your receipt email).
We verify your request
We will review your request within 1–2 business days. As long as your request is within the 14-day window, we will approve it — no questions asked.
Refund is processed via Paddle
Once approved, we initiate the refund through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. The full amount — including any taxes collected at the time of purchase — will be returned to your original payment method. Paddle typically processes refunds within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Your Pro access is revoked
Upon refund confirmation, your ShoXTools Pro subscription will be cancelled and your account will revert to the Free plan. You will retain access to all free tools.
3 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. To receive a refund, you must submit a refund request as described above within the 14-day window.

- Free plan features remain available after Pro cancellation
4 Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and quickly.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide evidence of service delivery to Paddle and your bank. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.

5 Taxes & VAT
All purchases are handled by Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes, including VAT, GST, and sales tax, depending on your location. Tax amounts are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.
Refunds will include the full amount charged at the time of purchase, including any taxes collected. Tax refund timing may vary by country and is handled entirely by Paddle. You will receive a refund confirmation from Paddle once the refund is processed.
6 Changes to This Policy
ShoXTools reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
For purchases made before a policy update, the policy in effect at the time of purchase applies. This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service.
