By accessing and using the ShoXTools website at shoxtools.top (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using ShoXTools, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal authority to accept these Terms.

ShoXTools provides a collection of online tools including but not limited to:

• Pro Plan: Unlimited file sizes, batch processing, ad-free experience, priority support, and 30-day download history
• Educational Content: Blog articles and guides related to document and file management

Many of our tools process files directly in your browser without any server upload. For certain operations, files may be temporarily uploaded to our servers solely to perform the requested task. All uploaded files are automatically deleted within 1 hour of processing. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your files.

Free core tools require no account registration. A ShoXTools account is required to access Pro plan features. ShoXTools reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

ShoXTools offers a paid Pro subscription plan available in monthly and yearly billing cycles. By purchasing a Pro plan, you agree to the following:

• Payment Processor: All payments are processed exclusively by Paddle.com, our authorized Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and tax compliance on our behalf.
• Card Security: Your payment card details are entered directly on Paddle's secure, PCI-compliant checkout. ShoXTools never sees, receives, or stores your card number or payment credentials.
• Card Statement: Charges will appear on your statement as "PADDLE.NET" or "Paddle.com" — this is normal and expected.
• Taxes & VAT: Displayed prices may be shown exclusive of applicable taxes. VAT, GST, sales tax, and other local levies are calculated by Paddle at checkout based on your billing location and applicable laws. The final tax-inclusive amount is shown before you confirm purchase.
• Recurring Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the then-current plan price unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund.
• Refunds: We offer a full 7-day money-back guarantee on all Pro plan purchases. See our Refund Policy for details.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price increase. Changes take effect at your next renewal.

You agree to use ShoXTools only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. You are solely responsible for any content you process using our tools.

You may NOT use ShoXTools to:

• Process, distribute, or create content that is illegal under applicable laws
• Violate any intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, or patent rights
• Process files containing malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our tools
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to mass-access or scrape our website
• Circumvent any security or access control measures on our website
• Use our Service in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden our servers
• Process files that contain child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any illegal content
• Impersonate ShoXTools or its representatives

The ShoXTools website, including its design, logo, code, text, graphics, and all other content (excluding user-provided content), is the exclusive property of ShoXTools and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your content: Any files you process using our tools remain your property. We do not claim ownership over any documents, images, or files you upload or process. Files are used solely to perform the requested operation and are automatically deleted.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any part of ShoXTools without express written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

ShoXTools is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShoXTools disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShoXTools and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

Free plan users: Our aggregate liability for any claims related to the free Service shall not exceed USD $0, as no financial transaction takes place for free services.

Pro plan subscribers: Our aggregate liability for any claims related to the paid Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to ShoXTools in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Your use of ShoXTools is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

• We collect limited account and usage data as described in our Privacy Policy
• All payments are processed by Paddle.com — ShoXTools never receives or stores your card details
• Uploaded files are processed temporarily and automatically deleted within 1 hour
• We collect anonymized usage analytics via Google Analytics
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties

The free tier of ShoXTools is supported by advertising through Google AdSense. Advertisements are displayed exclusively to users on the Free plan. Pro plan subscribers enjoy a completely ad-free experience — no ads are shown to paying members.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Clicking on ads may take you to third-party websites governed by their own terms. You may use ad-blocking software, though we encourage allowing ads on the free tier as they help keep core tools permanently free for everyone.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may provide notice on our homepage or via email. Your continued use of ShoXTools after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to ShoXTools in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Excessive automated access or scraping of our website
• Non-payment, disputed charges, or fraudulent chargebacks for Pro subscription fees
• Any other behavior that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users

For Pro subscribers, account termination due to policy violations does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless otherwise required by law or our Refund Policy. You may cancel your Pro subscription or delete your account at any time from your account settings.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. ShoXTools is operated from Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Any disputes relating to these Terms or your use of ShoXTools shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ShoXTools regarding your use of the Service.
